In order to preserve the vision of the development and to promote its desirability, Cub Creek has regulations on what can and cannot be done with the lots. This page provides information on these regulations and provides guidance for you as you make the lot your own.

Cub Creek Covenants and Restrictions
The Cub Creek Development Restrictive Covenants govern all lots and additions. These covenants explain the regulations that govern the specific lots in each particular addition. Please take note that the covenants have provisions for siding materials, setbacks, fences, and outbuildings, amongst other restrictions. If you are unable to find the answer to your question within these covenants, please reach out to the Architectural Review Committee whose contact information is provided at the bottom of the page.

Cub Creek Architectural Review Forms
Below are the Architectural Review Forms necessary for all improvement projects on a Cub Creek lot. Please review the submission form closely and provide all requested materials. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
Submissions are reviewed the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Submissions must be received via email by 8AM on the 1st or 3rd Wednesday of the month to be reviewed in the upcoming session. Updates will be sent via email on Friday of the following week. Architectural Review Committee contact information is at the bottom of this page.
All improvements must be submitted to the Cub Creek Architectural Review Committee for approval prior to being ordered or constructed.
